Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility Period: Returns or refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot provide full refunds or exchanges.
  • Return Conditions:
    • The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
    • Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned.
    • The part must match the model and specifications listed in the original order. Incorrectly ordered parts are not eligible for returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or special-order parts.
    • Parts that have been installed or used (unless due to manufacturing defects).
    • Items with physical damage or missing packaging (unless damaged during shipping).
    • Clearance, promotional, or bulk-order items.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection and Notification: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  3. Deductions: For returns due to customer ordering errors, the refund will exclude original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged during shipping or delivered incorrectly.
    • Replacement parts must match the original order specifications; no model or specification changes are allowed.

Warranty Coverage

  • Our parts come with a 90-day to 12-month warranty (refer to product details for specific coverage).
  • The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidental damage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Company Responsibility: For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.
